Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION

You may cancel any order before the product is shipped. You can cancel your order by contacting us via WhatsApp or call on 9558007593.

FREE SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped via Blue Dart, DHL or Delhivery. Products are expected to be delivered within 2-5 days after leaving the warehouse. All orders will be track able.

All orders will be shipped out in 24 Hrs. Free Shipping on all Orders. 

CONDITION RETURNS / EXCHANGES

After receiving your order, you have 7 days to Exchange the items if you discover a product defect or damage.

Before proceeding a return note that:

The product must be brand new & Unused condition. it shall be unused and returned with all brand tags and original packaging

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.  

RETURN SHIPPING BY CUSTOMER

All returns must be shipped to our warehouse within 20 calendar days from the date of concern.

In the case of  exchange, will ship back the new item/s with no extra cost for the customer.

If the item/s are being returned due to a manufacturing defect, we have to inspect the item/s.

We will accept return only in case of damaged, defective or wrong product shipped.
