By placing an order on toykoo.in, you agree to the terms outlined in this Delivery & Shipping Policy along with our Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please refrain from placing an order.
1. Standard Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery is usually completed within 5–7 working days across most parts of India.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

All deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, XpressBees, and others.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, lockdowns, strikes, or logistical delays.
2. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery: Free across India on all prepaid and COD orders.

Express Delivery (Optional): ₹99 per order (non-refundable). Customers can select this option at checkout if available for their location.

All prices displayed on toykoo.in are inclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Delivery Process & Tracking

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details, including a landmark or alternate contact if needed.

Toykoo will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing your courier name and tracking number.

You can also track your order anytime in the “My Orders” section on toykoo.in.

Couriers generally make up to three delivery attempts.
If delivery fails after these attempts, the order may be cancelled and refunded (for prepaid orders).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most serviceable pincodes in India.

If COD is unavailable for your area, you will be notified during checkout.

Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in temporary or permanent restriction of COD services for your account.
5. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your order arrives in a damaged, tampered, or unsealed condition:

Do not accept the package from the delivery person.

Include your Order ID and photos/videos of the damaged package.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Delivery Delays & Limitations
While Toykoo strives for on-time deliveries, certain factors may cause delays, such as:

Adverse weather or natural disasters

Government restrictions, strikes, or lockdowns

Unforeseen courier network issues

High order volume during peak seasons or sales
In such cases, our team will make reasonable efforts to inform you via your registered email or mobile number.
Toykoo is not liable for indirect, consequential, or emotional losses arising from delivery delays beyond our control.
7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled via authorized reverse logistics partners.

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.
