      At Toykoo, your satisfaction is our top priority.
      We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.


      Eligibility for Returns

      To qualify for a return or exchange:

      • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

      • It must include the original box, tags, and packaging.

      • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

      • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


      Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

      If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos (preferably unboxing proof).

      Once validated, we will:

      • Arrange a free pickup, and

      • Provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


      How to Request a Return or Exchange

      Please contact our support team to initiate a return:

      • Order ID

      • Description of the issue

      • Supporting photos/videos

      Once approved, you’ll receive:

      • A return shipping label, and

      • Pickup instructions for your product.

      ⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


      Exchange Policy

      Exchanges are available for:

      • Defective or wrong items received.

      Conditions:

      • Exchange for the same design depends on stock availability.

      • If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

      Not eligible for exchange:

      • Items returned after 7 days.

      • Size or preference-related issues (product details are clearly mentioned on product pages).

      • Discounted or promotional items.

      Exchange processing time: 5–7 business days after pickup.


      Refund Policy

      Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status.

      If approved:

      • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

      • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

      • Refunds are applicable only in cases where Toykoo is at fault (defective, damaged, or wrong product).

      For voluntary returns (change of mind, etc.), return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.


      Return Pickup Process

      • Returns for defective/wrong items are picked up free of cost through our logistics partners.

      • For other returns (e.g., change of mind), pickup charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
